1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeniGram, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GeniGram is a productivity tool that lets you connect your Telegram account and forward or copy messages between your own chats, channels, and groups (including topics). Use it to market your content and keep productive engagement across your own platforms. The service must not be used for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or mass outreach. You must use GeniGram in compliance with Telegram’s and other platforms’ terms; do not use it to bypass platform limits, create fake engagement, or for any form of manipulation. The service is credit-based: forwarding consumes credits; you may earn credits (e.g. via referrals) or purchase them when that option is available.

3. Acceptable Use

GeniGram is a productivity tool for moving your own content between your own chats, channels, and groups—to market your content and keep productive engagement. You may not use GeniGram for:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Mass outreach, cold outreach, or lead blasting
• Lead generation, lead scraping, or scraping contacts or data
• Bypassing platform limits, fake engagement, or engagement manipulation
• Any use that violates Telegram’s or other platforms’ terms or policies
• Harassment, impersonation, or infringement of others’ rights (e.g. copyright)
• Any use in violation of applicable law or regulation

Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We may report abuse to Telegram or other platforms where appropriate.

4. Telegram and Your Conduct

Your use of GeniGram must comply with Telegram’s Terms of Service and acceptable use policies. GeniGram is not for bots, engagement manipulation, or evading platform restrictions—use it only for productive management of your own content across your own channels and groups. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to forward or copy the messages you use (e.g. in your own groups or channels).

5. No Responsibility for User-Caused Harm

We are not responsible for:

• Any damage or harm you cause to other users (e.g. misuse of forwarding, harassment, copyright infringement)
• Any damage to your own account (e.g. loss of access, Telegram restrictions or bans)
• Telegram flagging, limiting, or banning your account due to your misuse of GeniGram or violation of Telegram’s policies

Telegram may limit or ban accounts (e.g. for spam-like or automated behavior). We are not responsible for Telegram’s decisions. We may use rate limits and delays to reduce risk, but we cannot guarantee that using GeniGram will not lead to restrictions. You use the service at your own risk and are solely responsible for your conduct.

6. User Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Connecting Telegram is per-device; if you use another device, you must connect Telegram there as well.

7. Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed for forwarding as described in the product. If we offer purchases, credits may be non-refundable except where required by law. Paid purchases may be added later and will be subject to separate payment terms.

8. Service “As Is”

GeniGram is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law (e.g. no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeniGram and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill) resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or a fixed amount as permitted by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeniGram and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including Telegram’s terms or others’ copyrights).

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where reasonable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless we require renewed consent.
